I loved the perfect location of this hotel, close to transportation and attractions. The room was cozy, but a bit cramped with no window. Staff were friendly, but breakfast service was disappointing. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with clean rooms and comfy beds. Looking forward to returning.

My partner and I decided to explore the sights of London for a couple of days, and this hotel's prime location near Trafalgar Square was a game-changer for us. Despite the compact room size, we appreciated the modern amenities like a kettle and a big TV. The staff, especially Susie, Bruno, Dipesh, and Harvey, were incredibly welcoming and made our stay very pleasant. Although the room lacked a bit of space and the air conditioning was out of order during our visit, the overall experience was positive, and we would consider returning for future trips to London.

The hotel is so compact and luxurious, the staffs are just amazing, accommodating, and lovely - honestly went above and beyond. The location is perfect for exploring the big theaters and sites and the beds are so comfy! 😄👌 They had a cool lobby where you could just chill, and yes, while my bathroom was super clean with fancy towels, the room was tiny with this annoying pillar that got in my way a bit. But overall, not a deal-breaker, would totally go back!

The decoration in the hotel's common areas was simply delightful. The colors and furniture were so elegant and comfortable, making it easy to find a spot to sit and rest. The accessibility for senior people was outstanding-the children of the staff were always ready to help with anything we needed, and the hotel's central location meant we could easily walk to the nearby attractions.

More comfortable seating in the room would have made for a better vacation for senior people.

I always return for the amazing stay. From my first visit, the staff helped me with a local food delivery number. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar/lounge area, and wheelchair access. I'm coming back for the holiday.

Compact luxury at its best. During my stay in London, I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy yet stylish atmosphere of the hotel. The cleverly designed rooms made me feel like I was experiencing affordable luxury. The handmade beds and locally sourced bed linen were a delightful touch, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The location of this hotel was amazing! It was right in the heart of all the action, with plenty of theaters, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. Plus, it was super close to Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden, so we had no trouble exploring the city. The staff was also really friendly and accommodating. Another great thing was the automated features in the room, like the electric button panel that controlled the window blinds, air conditioning, and lighting. It was convenient and easy to use.
