The decoration in the hotel's common areas was simply delightful. The colors and furniture were so elegant and comfortable, making it easy to find a spot to sit and rest. The accessibility for senior people was outstanding—the children of the staff were always ready to help with anything we needed, and the hotel's central location meant we could easily walk to the nearby attractions.

More comfortable seating in the room would have made for a better vacation for senior people.

Compact luxury at its best. During my stay in London, I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy yet stylish atmosphere of the hotel. The cleverly designed rooms made me feel like I was experiencing affordable luxury. The handmade beds and locally sourced bed linen were a delightful touch, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Television errors.

The location of this hotel was amazing! It was right in the heart of all the action, with plenty of theaters, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. Plus, it was super close to Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden, so we had no trouble exploring the city. The staff was also really friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable. Another great thing was the automated features in the room, like the electric button panel that controlled the window blinds, air conditioning, and lighting. It was convenient and easy to use.

The rooms were incredibly small. It felt like staying in a tiny capsule hotel, barely enough room to move around.

This hotel is perfectly located for those wanting to explore all the nearby tourist attractions quickly. It’s only a short walk to many popular landmarks and transportation options. the property offers clean and well-designed rooms, comfortable beds, great showers, and very friendly staff.

There were a few issues with the service. Some reception staff were brusque and unfriendly, which affected the overall welcome to the property.
